The following are the work of the Holy Spirit in relation to the Believer:

1. He assures the believer of son ship and makes him son like.Romans 8:16-17, “The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.”

2. He seals the believer as a pledge or earnest of future glory.2 Corinthians 1:22, “set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.” Read the rest of this entry

The headlines read, Diana is Dead! I awoke in a hotel room in Colorado Springs while visiting my daughter at the Air Force Academy for Parents Weekend. I sleepily walked to the corner store to buy coffee and muffins for the group. I was jolted as I stood in the check out line and glanced down at the newspaper rack, only to see the giant words written across the top half of the paper.

That Labor Day weekend turned from family celebration to international grief. I remember thinking, “Surely they are not talking about the immortal Princess Diana? ” I tried to think of every other famous Diana that the headlines might be referring to. There were none. I was scared to turn over the folded paper to verify the worst conclusion. Halloween is around the corner. Many parents with twins have a very hard time deciding on what Halloween costume to choose for their twins. Choosing a Halloween costume for twins can be very tricky at times. Should your twins dress alike to compliment each other or should you pick a Halloween costume out for each twin so he/she can reflect their gain personality/character? Being a mother of boy/girl twins I find it very cute to dress your twins up when they are infants to maybe around 2yrs old. Once the twins hit around 3yrs old they have a very creative mind, and want to be able to decide their own costumes, especially if they like certain animals, characters, or superheros.

Last year my twins were Raggedy Ann & Andy. This was a very easy Halloween costume to make, but most parents with twins are always running on short time so if you don’t have the time to sit down and attach together a twin costume I highly suggest buying a twin Halloween costume from Ebay. So what are some Halloween twin costumes I can choose from? Gosh they are endless possibilities here it all depends on what your child likes and what fits their personality. If you’re going dress your twins up alike for Halloween do it while they are young this way you won’t feel guilty or bad on the costume you chose. They say they grow up fast.

October 1, 2000
Amy turned 18 today. She said she didn’t feel any older but she guessed that was because she was pregnant. She noticed her belly had dropped and she was showing more signs of going into labor. She had a lot of swelling in her hands and feet; she couldn’t sleep and was going to the bathroom every five minutes. Tara remembered what a pain in the butt that was. Amy said she even had a few detached contractions every once in a while.
